Every Legacy home starts on a blank canvas, where creativity and craft are brought to life. The first phase of building your forever home begins with sitting down with our design team to draw up ideas and shape your vision.
Each home is uniquely designed, with every detail strategically placed to fit your style and your everyday needs. From there, our architectural team draws blueprints that reflect the design and character of your home.
Your VA benefit here
While plans are drawn, we confirm your Certificate of Eligibility and lock a firm budget — so the design you fall in love with is the design you can build with zero down.
02Phase 02
Build
We believe the most important quality in building your forever home is communication. Staying in direct contact makes for a smoother build and gives homeowners confidence knowing their builder is a phone call away.
We never sacrifice quality for profit. A home should carry the same integrity in its foundation and structure as in its finishing touches — and your personal designer guides every selection so each detail flows.
Your VA benefit here
With the VA One-Time Close, land, construction and your permanent mortgage were already covered at a single closing. You make interest-only payments while we build, and never re-qualify at the end.

Reality
